How do I find a specific item?
There is an option to shop for new arrivals on every page. To search for shoes by size, brand or style, simply click the appropriate link.
What do I do if my size does not show up in the drop down menu?
It is advisable to filter your search by choosing the “Shop by Size” option. This will give you all the shoes that relate to your size that we have on offer.
How do I know when a pair of shoes is specifically made for Wide feet?
You will need to search for the following W or WW indications listed by each shoe size:
- We stock sizes 8-14 in W, and also
- 8-14 in WW. This is the widest width we carry.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes we do, you can place an order for a gift certificate online or over the phone. We even have email ordering facilities available. Please note that gift certificates can only be shipped to USA addresses via US Postal Service. Please allow an ETA of between 7 – 10 working days for a gift certificate order.
What does “waitlist” mean?
You can order waitlist to make sure that you get next seasons shoes before that are out of stock, this service is essentially a pre-order facility based on a first come first serve basis. These shoes are catalogued online approximately 3 to 6 weeks before we get them in stock.
What does “back order” mean?
Back order means that the shoes you have ordered are not available for immediate shipment, we are in essence still waiting for delivery from the manufacturer.
What if I live outside the USA, can I purchase shoes for delivery?
Yes, we do offer a shipping service for our clients outside the US. Please note that the lead time for delivery will be a little linger.
What do I do if I’m unhappy with my purchase?
Please note that all shoes undergo a strict quality control process before leaving our warehouse. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.
